Description
This pool villa is located only 60 meters from Natai Beach which is part of a 30km stretch of beach in Phangnga province and only 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport.
3 bedrooms all with en-suites and two living areas.
Upstairs a kitchen and TV/ lounge area looks out over the Andaman Sea through floor to ceiling windows.
Also upstairs is one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite.
Downstairs is two more en-suited bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The room with the double bed also has a fold out sofa bed that would suit a child or two small children.
A living lounge area opens up to the outside area with a large retractable shade cloth giving guests the option to enjoy the sun beside the pool or the shade when it gets too hot. This also allows this outside area to be used when it is raining.
Staff will visit once per day to clean the floors of the villa and make the beds. Sheets will be changed every third day.
A Thai restaurant is located less than a minute from the villa open from midday to late everyday.
Another large Thai restaurant, two small convenience stores and a wine shop are all within 350 meters from the villa.
An 850 meter walk along the beach will get you to beachside cafe Boonta by the Beach and the Aleenta Resort beachside restaurant.
Further down the beach Baba Beach Club and the Santhiya Resort offer more beachfront dining options.
The town of Khok Kloy is 3 kms or a five minute drive away with more dining options, supermarkets, markets and various other shops.
Aquella Golf Course is 15 minutes from the villa and Blue Canyon Golf Course 25 minutes.
The Skywalk at Samet Nang She is about 25 minutes away as is the pier that services Phangnga Bay with many tourism activities including cave exploring, kayaking, fisherman's villages on the islands and the famous James Bond Island which featured in the The Man With The Golden Gun.
Patong Beach with its famous nightlife and historical Phuket Town are just over one hours drive.
