After a very quiet Xmas and New Year period due to the Covid second wave scare Natai agents reported being swamped with inquiries and some significant sales were inked on Natai Beach in February.A one rai plot 300 meters from Natai Beach sold for 9 million baht to a buyer from the USA who also owns a nearby villa. A 5 rai beachfront block of land adjacent to Aleenta resort sold for 200 million baht. A Natai beachfront villa near Natai Pier sold for 70 million (pictured) and it looks like another 100 million Natai beachfront villa has also been sold with two bidders fighting it out, both with plans to demolish and redevelop the 3+ rai plot.
Away from the beach an 18 rai block on the Khok Kloy bypass road was sold for 13 million.
In other news the Loma rescue unit, lead by founder Chai Saengchat, visited Baan Thanun school near Natai to teach students what to do in an emergency such as a Tsunami. Students were taught how to assist and move injured people and emergency evacuation procedures.
And sixty 60 Germans and 40 thai production workers were in Natai beach throughout February filming a reality TV series.
